George Burley has dismissed this morning's story that Town are ready to swoop for Barnet's Lee Harrison with Richard Wright moving to Manchester United as "utter nonsense". Phew.

Kieron Dyer is once again named in the full England squad. Congrats to Kieron on his first goal for Newcastle last night. I wonder how much of the Newcastle crisis will be included in his Green 'Un column this week or if one will even appear. Reports we hear are that this may not continue for much more of the season due to pressure from Newcastle. Indeed Green 'Un editor Mike Bacon referred to him as their "erstwhile columnist" last weekend.

Congratulations also to Steve Whitton on his appointment as Colchester yesterday. Have you noticed how Scowy is playing a Whitton like role these days?
