![]() Friday, 19th Aug 2005 10:45 Cambridge United have confirmed that they will demand a fee for Town trialist Adam Tann if the Blues decide they want to sign the 23-year-old centre-half. Tann, who left the Abbey Stadium at the end of last season, has been training with the Blues this week. Clubs are entitled to compensation when players under 24 move on even when they are out of contract and Cambridge secretary Andrew Pincher has confirmed that the Conference side will be seeking some form of financial settlement: "We know Adam is training at Ipswich but we've heard nothing from the club. "He can either come back and play for us but if he gets fixed up somewhere else we will seek compensation because he's under 24 - or we can go to a tribunal."
