Duo Doubts for Wolves
Duo Doubts for Wolves

Injured duo Alan Lee and Fabian Wilnis are doubts ahead of Saturday's trip to Wolves. Lee will have a scan on his hamstring, while Wilnis doesn't expect to be fit enough for the match at Molineux.

Lee told the club site: "It's been bothering me a little over the last game or two and I felt it stiffening up, so there was no option but to come off.

"It eased after I had a shower and now it's a case of waiting to see what the scan shows up."

The Blues should know the result by Thursday and physio Dave Williams says no decisions will be made until they know the extent of the problem: "There is no point in guessing what the damage is at this stage.

"We'll have a look at the scans and go from there, but obviously the fact that Alan has come off makes him doubtful for the weekend."

Wilnis came off just after the break and isn't confident he'll face Wolves: "I got an elbow in the ribs in the first half and the pain just got worse.

"I was really struggling to breathe and it just got to the point where I couldn't carry on.

"The way I feel at the moment I can't see myself being fit for the Wolves game at the weekend, but hopefully it will ease quickly.

"I'm just hoping it's not what Jason had at the start of the season."
