Monaco have cancelled plans to watch the Blues at Crystal Palace on Saturday with their on-loan midfielder Jimmy Juan set to miss out with a groin injury. TWTD reported on Monday that the French club's sporting director Jean-Luc Ettori was at the Millwall game as they assess whether to allow Juan to move to Town permanently.

The 22-year-old is keen to join the Blues but Monaco are yet to decide whether to let him leave or keep him for the remaining year of his contract.

Chief executive Derek Bowden said: "Nothing will happen until the summer, so at the moment he is not going back to Monaco but nor is he staying at Ipswich for definite."
