As predicted by TWTD on Thursday, Town have called a press conference for Monday morning where skipper Jim Magilton is expected to be confirmed as Joe Royle's successor.

Academy manager Bryan Klug is also likely to be handed a new role assisting the Northern Irishman as he takes his first steps in management.

Magilton is understood to have been offered a two-year contract.
