Odd's OffThu 02nd Dec 1999 16:15 Little Town news to report today except that Norwegian trialist Odd Inge Olsen has returned to Norway. The Molde attacking midfielder injured a calf in the 4-1 thrashing of Barnet's reserves on Tuesday and despite finishing the game has been unable to train. George Burley wanted to use training sessions to assess the player who may now return next week. If Town are interested in bringing him to Portman Road they will have to look at a fee of £500,000.
Spring Speculation ContinuesWed 01st Dec 1999 17:31 The rumours surrounding a possible Town purchase of Luton's Matthew Spring continue, despite Lenny Lawrence's claim that no-one will leave Kenilworth Road except for silly money (he presumably doesn't mean Monopoly money or Lira). Spring is likely to cost £1 million.
