The ITFC Charitable Trust’s next Holiday Camps will be at Whitsun from May 28th-31st. Every school holiday the Trust runs a range of grassroots level football courses across Suffolk for children between the ages of 4 and 12 and now new two-day multisport activity camps, which include handball, hockey and basketball sessions, at Portman Road. |

Karen West is taking part in the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge to raise money for the ITFC Charitable Trust ahead of their Africa Adventure 2013 trip to Woe in Ghana in November, where she will helping in schools and providing sports coaching. |
