The Blues youngsters came through a hard game with Nottingham Forest to reach the FA Youth Cup semi-final Tpwn went ahead early on then conceded a goal on the stroke of half-time. An excellent second half goal from Darren bent won the game for Town

Town are inviting fans to visit Portman Road tomorrow afternoon to welcome Mark Chapman and Comedy Dave from Radio One's Chris Moyles show.

Finnish sources are reporting that Town's pre-season tour will once again see the team off to Scandinavia and Estonia. Finnish Veikkaaja (a weekly sports magazine)and the Yle teletext service are reporting that July will see Town hit Northern Europe.

Town have had some more international call-ups for the games at the end of the month. Jim Magilton has been called up for Northern Ireland while Sean Friars has been included in their U21 squad.

The Mark Kerr trial as reported on Saturday and yesterday has it seems already gone ahead. The 19-year-old Scot spent time with Town last week and is said to have impressed in training. However, the Leeds link too seems very real and Town may have a fight on their hands to sign the Falkirk man.
