Coach Sean McCarthy says he hopes Town’s reserves side will be taking on better quality opposition in the weeks to come having beaten Gillingham 8-1 and Peterborough 5-0 in their last two friendlies. The Blues pulled their second string out of the less than inspiring Football Combination East Division in the summer in order to play only friendlies this season. |
