Town skipper Matt Holland has won the ITFC Supporters Club Player of Year award. Holland gained 40% of the vote held at last week's home game against Portsmouth with Thomas Gaardsøe second and Pablo Couñago and Fabian Wilnis third and fourth.

Tommy Miller is Joe Royle's biggest injury worry ahead of Saturday's home game with Wimbledon. The midfielder has a sore calf after Monday's game against Rotherham and will be tested on Friday before a decision is made on his fitness. Better news is that Darren Bent will be available again after missing out recently due to a hamstring injury.

The 72 Football League clubs have agreed in principle to a number of changes after a meeting held at Leicester's Walker's Stadium. The play-offs will from next season involve six clubs while the League has also decided to act against sides going into administration.

Dean Bowditch sent fans home reliving a stunning goal for the second week running as Town's reserves beat Charlton 2-1 at Portman Road. After a goalless first half Alun Armstrong scored from the spot before Bowditch added a second with Charlton coming back late on through sub Barry Fuller.
