Defender Michael Synnott won his first Republic of Ireland U21 cap and set up a goal as his side drew 2-2 with the hosts at the Madeira invitational tournament. Synnott is now Town's only player with Don Givens's squad, Billy Clarke having returned to Town after Monday's opening match with Slovakia. |
