Man City Game to Move for Sky Wed 28th Mar 2001 20:25
Town's home game with Manchester City is set to be moved to Monday May 7th for another Sky game. The match, which could see City relegated, was scheduled for the preceding Saturday.

TWTD has spoken to one of the Finnish clubs reported to be part of Town's pre-season tour. Despite Town's denial that any tour has been arranged VPS (Vaasan Palloseura) are convinced that the tour has been set and that they are involved.

The Russell Tanner testimonial which was to be played between Town and Tanner's club Braintree this evening will now go ahead as part of Town's pre-season in July. No date has been fixed but the Essex club told us that Town have said that they will be bringing a strong line-up to Cressing Road in the summer.
Albanian Claims Town Have Watched Him Wed 28th Mar 2001 12:01
Albanian international Edvin Murati (or Edwin Murati depending on where you read about him) has claimed that Town watched him play recently and that he is keen to play in England. The 25-year-old is suspended and won't play in tonight's international against England.

Town's game with Braintree tonight has fallen victim to the weather. The Cressing Road pitch is waterlogged. The game was due to be Adam Tanner's brother Russell's tesimonial and was also due to provide much needed match practice for Town's players.

Town's Titus Bramble has commented on the racial abuse directed at him and some of his England U21 colleagues during the game in Tirana yesterday. Bramble was a 25th minute sub in the 1-0 England win.
