Town are offering fans the opportunity to buy their seat in the old North Stand before the bulldozers pile in. They are on sale for £15 and you can specify your own personal North Stand seat.

Town's reserves redeemed themselves after Wednesday's 6-3 defeat to Charlton with a thoroughly professional win over Nottingham Forest. Town left out Gary Croft, Richard Naylor and Mark Burchill from Wednesday's team while Forst included Town old boy Tony Vaughan.

TWTD is hearing rumours that Marcus Stewart may well be fit for Monday's game with Manchester City. He is apparently rated as a 70% chance and may return to training on Sunday.

Town have been linked with Norwegian striker Thorstein Helstad from Brann Bergen. Apparently Town scouts watched the striker play against Stromsgodset on Wednesday (the same night as they are also reported to have watched Magne Hoseth play elsewhere in Norway) and if they were there they couldn't have failed to be impressed.

Mark Burchill's future has yet to be decided as the Scot readies himself to take Marcus Stewart's place against Manchester City on Monday. Town are yet to make any moves to make the deal permanent as other clubs, including West Ham and Derby, line-up to try to buy the Celtic striker.
