A team featuring Aaron Cresswell and Ronan Murray were pipped into second place by just one point at today’s Town Golf Day at Ufford Park, behind victors Burdens. Cresswell and Murray's ITFC Boys finished on 87 points with Stuart King Tools in third on 86.

Sheepshanks, who is the chairman at St George’s Park, was speaking as the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge opened the £105 million, 330-acre facility in Staffordshire which will be home to 24 senior and junior England teams.
