Chopra Won't Appear at Race-Fixing Hearing Wed 09th Jan 2013 10:51 Town striker Michael Chopra has released a statement through the club announcing that he will not present himself to the British Horseracing Authority hearing into race-fixing which is due to start next Monday. In October, Chopra was amongst nine individuals, including his agent Yogesh Joshee and former Newcastle team-mate James Coppinger, charged with serious breaches of the Rules of Racing. |
