Town have announced that there will be a pitch inspection at 5.30pm ahead of this evening's reserve game with West Ham. The Blues expect the game to go ahead despite freezing temperatures overnight.

Released Town midfielder Liam Craig made his Falkirk debut on Saturday as the Bairns lost 4-1 at home to Inverness Caledonian Thistle. Craig joined the SPL side earlier in the month on a deal to the end of the season after being told he would not be offered a professional contract at Town.

Alan Lee scored twice on his Town away debut to give the Blues a deserved 2-0 victory over Southampton at St Mary's. The recent £100,000 acquisition from Cardiff put Town in front in the fourth minute and then on 89 wrapped the game up.

Blackpool and Gillingham are the two clubs keen on signing Dean Bowditch on loan. The England U19 striker has asked to leave Portman Road for a spell as he is not currently in the first team at Town.
