TWTD and Ipswich Borough Council are offering Town fans the chance to win two tickets to see an Audience With Jimmy Greaves next month at the Corn Exchange. The England legend will be in town on Friday, 13th October along with his agent Terry Baker and a special guest.

Former Blue Thomas Gaards¢e says his career could be ended by the groin injury which has kept him on the sidelines since February. Gaards¢e left the Blues for West Brom in July 2003 for a fee of £500,000.

Midfielder Simon Walton has emerged as another slight injury concern ahead of Saturday's game with Sunderland. The loanee from Charlton has a hamstring problem in addition to the gashed leg which required stitches earlier in the week, but is expected to be OK to face the Black Cats.

Boss Jim Magilton says that he is still keen on securing Sunderland midfielder Tommy Miller's return to Portman Road. TWTD reported in June that Miller was on Magilton's summer wish-list, having also been a target of former manager Joe Royle.
