Smith headed in the opener, then Stevenson hammered in a second, prior to Fabien Robert pulling one back for the home side. In an understated second period, Scotland netted from the spot, then in injury time Habib Beye completed the scoring. |

Town travelled to Doncaster this afternoon for their final game of the season without former skipper Grant Leadbitter, who has decided not to remain at Portman Road after his contract is up at the end of the season. The Blues were already short of midfielders for their lunchtime clash with relegated Rovers (KO 12.30pm) with Luke Hyam injured, Lee Bowyer released and Lee Martin and Ryan Stevenson both having missed training due to injuries this week. Youngsters Byron Lawrence and Joe Whight have both made the trip. |

Two goals from Andy Keogh and one from former Blue Liam Trotter saw Millwall to a comfortable 3-0 victory over Town in Portman Road’s final game of the season. Keogh put the Lions ahead after three minutes, old boy Trotter added the second just after the hour mark, then, after Grant Leadbitter had had a penalty saved, Keogh netted the third late on. |

Better news for Blues boss Paul Jewell, who is considering including 16-year-old Byron Lawrence as a sub, is that Richard Wright doesn’t require an operation on his knee problem, while Jimmy Bullard was back in training this morning. |

The young Blues were the better side before the break but both their goals — scored by Nick Ingram and Sean McKirdy - came in injury time of a second half in which the visitors had largely been on top. |

Goals from Michael Chopra, Tommy Smith and Andy Drury saw the Blues to a very comfortable 3-0 home victory over Bristol City. Chopra nodded in his 13th of the season from a Lee Martin cross in the 25th minute, Smith powered home a Drury corner on 66 with the midfielder lashing home the third with five minutes remaining. |
