Town's new director Holly Bellingham was introduced to the press this morning after being appointed as the club's first ever female member of the board . Bellingham, 44, will take part in her inaugural board meeting this afternoon.

Individual errors and occasionally baffling refereeing led to Town exiting the FA Cup at the hands of Sunderland. Tommy Smith controversially netted on 45 before a calamitous Kelvin Davis error handed Julio Arca a second Black Cats goal. Town rallied late on, but Martijn Reuser's goal wasn't enough.

Town will be without Richard Naylor when they face promoted Portsmouth on Friday evening at Portman Road (KO 5.15pm). Naylor was substituted at half-time during the Blues' 4-2 away win at Coventry City last Saturday and has not recovered sufficiently to take his place in the Town defence.
