Former Town striker Sam Morrow has signed a three-year deal with Tony Mowbray's Hibernian. The youngster had already signed for a month but has clearly impressed the former Town coach since moving to Easter Road.

Bolton Wanderers are reported to be the Premiership club set to sign ex-Town full-back Chris Makin on a Bosman transfer. Yesterday TWTD revealed the former Oldham, Marseille and Sunderland man had turned down the offer of another contract at Portman Road.

Former Town striker David Johnson scored twice as his Nottingham Forest side beat the Blues 2-1 and prevented Joe Royle's side from cementing their play-off place. Johnson netted in each half with Dean Bowditch scoring an equaliser for Town in the first period.
