Blueboy - I don't think it's people lacking in ambition, I think it's appreciating what we're doing and being realistic with regards to a final league position. If I had been told, at the beginning of the season, that we would be anywhere near the play-offs, let alone in them, I would have laughed because on recent history there is nothing to suggest we should be!
I just think that piling more pressure on a team that is already performing admirably rather than accepting that a building job is what is needed currently, is wrong.
If we finish top 10 this season, then by all means we should be looking for a huge play-off push next year, because we would have been consistent for over 18 months in a very tough league and we should be ambitious. Also, considering we can't spend anywhere near as much as many of the other teams in the division, we are over-achieving. I think we have the best manager for this division, and what he's done in a year is not far from miraculous, so we should back him.

Don't get me wrong, I'm frustrated that we led another lead slip and that we had chances to put the game away but people seem to forget very quickly what we have been through over the past 5 years in this division.
Considering that we have spent the majority of the last 4 seasons fighting for survival and constantly looking up at every other team in the division why not simply enjoy that we have a team and a manager who are currently doing well! I appreciate that MM's style of play or tactics might not be everyone's choice but he is the manager that has taken us from bottom to sixth in little over a year with little financial support.
Would we rather that Clegg was still running the ship with Keane or Jewell? I quite look forward to watching the results come in now rather than dreading it.
Support your team through good and bad, don't pick holes in something that, quite frankly, is much better than we have become used to over the past few seasons.
Perspective is one thing that seems to have been lost by football fans all over the world and I think we should be proud of what are boys are doing right now.
