Tldr - probably, nothing. It’s one of those verbs where there is no active accusative meaning, maybe because it’s derived from a sensory perception. For what it’s worth I believe that ‘show’ comes from the Middle English for ‘to reveal’ in a prophetic sense, so it would have originally had a more intellectual than visual sense. Haven’t posted much this year on account of a kid, covid and general stuff. But I still enjoy lurking about the place, and keeping up with all the informed (or otherwise) opinions on everything from Town to UK politics. In fact I’ve especially appreciated the latter since moving abroad, it’s often felt like a genuine insight into what people are feeling at home that it’s hard to get elsewhere.

Yeah mate fully agree, mine is six months and I only started sleeping properly in August. Lucky I've got a big extended family on the wife's side who are all pretty good with kids. Mad though all the innocuous stuff that terrifies the life out of me now |

Agree there seems to be a culture of removing civil liberties in the name of... safety, maybe? Seems like the sort of thing that would never be put up in normal times but seems more normal in an age of increasing restrictions.
Also is it just the thumbnail or is Zarah a new Heidi? |
