Don't blame the players at all, awful man management and deflection from Lambert as per usual. Why take an experienced player to Crewe only to then let him know then wouldnt even be on the bench. With a baby at home Nolan got every right to be upset about not playing, while loanees are ahead of him. This must happen all the time, but rather than understand the players frustration he calls him out in public. For the Nolan haters, at least he's got a few goals in him, more than can be said of Lamberts favourites who play week in week out in midfield.
Both Jackson and Nolan had interest from Championship clubs but not good enough to get in a squad of 18? Still when you have 6 loanees, always is going to be players to miss out, total shambles, the sooner he goes the better.

Chambo is a top character, excellent captain and good defender generally, but his distribution is woeful at times. So for me will depend on his wage demands as to whether he should get the long contract I assume he will be wanting, imho he should not be one of our top earners. |

Blueoveru, is the replacement for Thatcher better than him? Must be seen as he's a Keane signing and not a Magilton signing? More cracking man management from the god like Keane, so that's Thatcher, Garvan, Stead all frozen out, and not to mention he's destroyed the confidence of last years captain. Still sure there is some more sunderland players we can sign. |
