My company was sending out free tests to anyone over 40. Thought nothing of it and took one, sent it back and forgot about it.
Week or so later I get a call advising to go the my GP for a 'proper' PSA test which I did and turns out I had PC. Completely asymptomatic and without the test I'd still be none the wiser.
Fortunately given my relatively young age (47) and the low grade of cancer I'm just on 'active surveillance' with quarterly tests so when (if?) it does start to progress I should be in a good position to nip it in the bud sharpish.
So yeah, worth doing as better to find out sooner rather than later. |

First toss isn't called. Ref simply states heads for one end and tails for the other.
Second toss is called by home captain to decide to be given choice of going first or second.
There are exceptions to this but this is generally how it works. |

I grew up in the 80s/90s in Cornard and now back (on Broom Street). I like Cornard ( I wouldn't have moved back if I didn't!), it's just got bigger and bigger! |

Schools and Country Park in Cornard are pretty good, other than that it's just a massive housing estate with a few nicer roads (where I live, obviously)
Sudbury town center has deteriorated loads in recent years but like you say the meadows are great. |

Dyer, Richard Wright and Ed Upson were in a youth team (Whitton Sports?) that used to beat us with regular ease
Played with Keith Gilchrist, brother of Phil (Oxford, Leicester, West Brom, late 90s/early 00s) in our work team. |

I remember watching Sudbury Town at the Goldstone ground in an early FA Cup round back I the late 90s. Amzing how far they've come since those and the Withdean days.
For me their achievements eclipse that of Bournmouth and Brentford given how far they fell and where they are now. |

Is it true that non-members don't get Away points? I've got mates who are ST holders but not members and I'm sure they get away points the same as I do (being a ST and a member)? |
