And won't see it ever again, you lot cry about £1.75 and call him a disgrace. Entitled nobheads. We will need to recover more next season if Lambert carries on with his performance level so far (excluding letters to fans)
Please can we try and get him a decent loan move this year. I tried saying we should have loaned Dozzell last season and Hurst clearly wanted to but I believe the fan reaction led Evan's to intervene. Both of their careers have gone backwards last year, it is hard to know when a loan move is right and Nydam didn't seem to do a lot wrong at SJ he just wasnt given the chances. I am a big fan of Nydam but bit part utility player will not help him this season. Just like bit part anywhere in midfield didn't help Andre last season.
Couple of things on golf handicaps. I am just getting into golf again after not being able to play for a few years and only being sociable player before that. I was always very inconsistent but having played 4 times in the past couple of months and getting measured for new irons I have already seen a big improvement in consistency.
My questions are
What is a good way to work out a handicap for me without joining a club? Any online recommendations?
What is your best advice to start pushing myself on? I am looking at joining a club but realistically I wouldn't get any value for another couple of years. I'm playing monthly in a local society that travels round and the odds games here and there but this will drop off in the football season.
I told my 6 year old daughter that Ipswich have signed James Norwood, she doesn't have any interest in football but she has been receiving regular Norwood updates from her 15 year old brother. Her response was......it's not THAT exciting dad, he plays for Ipswich it is not like he is a professional.
Is that Marriott is in quite a bit of bother for his attitude. The word is that his drinking and gambling has meant he is terrible in training and they are unsure what to do with him. Comes from someone with a very close connection to the club.
Did you happen to watch Motherfatherson recently on the BBC. It wasn't a Norfolk love show it was a lovely series paying tribute to your pal Murdoch with Richard Gere playing his role. I think you would enjoy it, the ending was rubbish though
