What a season! Congratulations to the team and to MIck & Terry. I had to listen to the match on Ipswich Player and the excitement from the commentators was infectious. A great final home match, I hope that the 20,000+ fans enjoyed themselves. Just to show how tight this league has been this year, Ipswich could finish anywhere between 9th and 18th next week. Come on Blues, make it 9th!

Excellent work by Mick and Terry. Since they started Ipswich have averaged 1.6 points per match. If this had been the situation for the first thirteen matches we would now be on 70 points in fourth place in the league challenging for places with the likes of Watford and Brighton. Watching the defensive back four has become enjoyable (apart from the momentary 'switch off' against Hull recently). Tommy Smith has visibly grown in confidence over the season, almost strutting around his part of the field seeming to say 'this is mine, you're not going to get past me'! I'm looking forward to other players, such as Hewitt, growing into their potential as well.

carlo88 - I have just had a go on predictor as well and I agree with you. It would have to be a very particular set of results from all the teams below us but it is mathematically possible. To be at 14th in the table with two matches to go and still technically possible to be relegated is incredible.
