McKenna: Six-Pointer is Not a Phrase We Use
at 07:36:16

If points were given out for the competence, clarity of communication & calmness of your manager, then it’s fair to say we would be a Champion’s League club at season end.
Thank God (Mark Ashworth) he stayed.
Let’s get that win on Saturday lads, COYB

Clarke Set for Medical
at 09:17:56

This transfer window has just been sensational, beyond a town fan’s wildest dreams.
SKM and MA calmly picking off the cream of the young Championship Crop as well as signing some real marquee bigger ticket signings with international and prem experience.

We basically have a whole new team and it looks like we are just a CB signing away from achieving what SKM’s stated aim is: to have at least 2 people covering each role.

When we get the injured lads back who I believe are all prem class (Broady, Wes & Hirst), that is a hell of a squad, quality and depth across the board. What an outstanding summer of work from our amazing club who are so clearly on the rise.

Ashton: Five In, But That's Not the End of It
at 22:31:49

These are the days, we should just enjoy them, the transformation our club is undergoing, and at such pace is just immense.

This period of tenure, leadership & investment is setting us up for prosperity for years to come, on & off the pitch, especially if we retain Ashton and his team.

We should be very proud of where this club is right now and where it is going. What a time to be a Town fan

McKenna: A Brilliant Way to Win a Football Match
at 06:30:20

When we went 1 nil down, I was worried, Bristol were playing really well and seemed to have our number, and then at 2-1, you think it’s not our night.
How wrong can you be.
Burns was transformational, Leif was every inch the player clubs want to prise from us and deservedly MOM, Sarmiento had some crucial touches and was impactful, Ali (duff penalty aside) was full of bustling energy, and Chappers was a perfectly formed God once again.
This team, this manager, we just don’t seem to know how to give in.
These last 2 seasons are the stuff dreams are made of.
What a time to be an ITFC fan.
Thank-you Ashworth, K-Mac, players & staff. Unbelievable night.
No wonder Sky keep choosing us “Portman Road, Entertainment Capital”.

Millwall 0-4 Ipswich Town - Match Report
at 08:39:15

A great night obviously and we really needed it, chuffed for the lads in what was a v professional performance. We all hope it’s the start of a great run.
Cam back made a massive difference.
Can anyone tell me what on earth is going on with Brandon Williams though?!
It’s like he’s some sort of enigma, and still at United. It’s just odd, is he with us or not.

McKenna: We're Looking Forward to Getting Another Go at West Brom in Our Home Stadium
at 18:40:03

I just sense that we’re about to go on a run. Yes, West Brom are v decent, and it will be a hard game. However, they have a lot of players missing, we will have a packed Portman Road and big Kieffer chomping at the bit. If we cut out the iffy errors at the back and not gift them a start like we have done a couple of times recently, I think we’ll win at a canter. We are absolutely due a performance. The lads must be desperate to right the wrongs of the first half last weekend. Super K will not let that happen again.
With a softer set of games to come than our rivals, we’re right in this still.
I still believe, COYB
