 | News Comment | Humphreys Wycombe Young Player of the Year at 11:34:48
I've bumped into Cam a couple of times and he is a really nice lad. Kieran Dyer once said that Cam Humphreys was the best midfielder at the club. He is certainly gifted and deserves the 'Suffolk Messi' nickname - good on him. I think (a bit like Jack Clark and Omari) that he just needs to toughen up a bit in the gym and then he will tick all the boxes. |

I have: West Ham United 43 Wolves 36 Ipswich Town 28 Leicester City 19 Southampton 10 Shame. But never say never. Anything can happen, I just cant see beyond relegation at the moment. If we do get relegated I think we will be OK if we get all the injured players back and address the whole left side of the team and sort out the best of Davis/Ogbene/Townsend/Jaden/Clark etc. etc. etc. Its been too much chopping and changing IMHO. I think Townsend needs to play at the back with Davis on the wing. Also need a new controlling centre midfielder as Phillips and Cajuste will be off. |
 | News Comment | Legends Pay Tribute as Godbold Retires After 70 Years at 16:01:08
A flippin legend at Portman Road. If I am lucky enough to see her on a matchday I always say hello. We have never been formally introduced or anything, but she is so polite that she will always stop and engage in conversation. Knows more than most about how the game should be played and that what happens on the pitch is the most important thing. She was wonderful at the Wolsey in the production of 'Never Lost at Home'. I hope the club look after her in her retirement. |
 | News Comment | Sir Alf Stand Sponsored By University at 08:48:14
Monkey Blue - I'm 54 and still call the West Stand the Pioneer Stand. Also, the others (to me) are Churchmans, North Stand and Portman Road stand. Old habits........... |
 | News Comment | Greaves Switch Now Separate Move at 15:48:16
Get the Greavesy deal done for heavens sake. I know that things aren't always black and white, but the whole Philogene deal does not reflect well on either him or more importantly his meddling agent. I would use swear words but don't want tp upset anyone. If we do end up getting him then great. I'm sure we have other irons in the fire. |

My predictions came out as: Leicester 109 with a GD of 59 Ipswich Town 94 with a GD of 30 Leeds 91 with a GD of 39 Southampton 86 with a GD of 36 The would suit me down to the ground. Otherwise we all know that we will be playing Norwich at Wembley in the Play Off Final. I don't know if I can take that. We win and its the best day of our lives; we lose and I'm never going to Norfolk again. |

Anyone at the Foundation Q&A last night? Clarkie, Wolfie and Cam were referring to 'Tails' and 'Fridge' as two of their colleagues. Does anyone know who they are? |
 | News Comment | McKenna and Hladky Nominated For Awards at 09:48:11
Hladky - great work by him. May end up being player our player of the season at this rate. Fell a little sorry for Walton, but its a team game. Hope he gets the award. McKenna - if he carries on like this and sticks with us, there is a good chance that we may build him a statue one day! If he doesn't win it this month, there will be other months. |
 | News Comment | Ipswich Town 2-0 Bristol Rovers - Match Report at 09:07:08
I thought we played really well. The pitch looked great and the lads kept the ball on the ground for 90% of the time and passed it to someone wearing the colour clothes as them. That's all I ask. Very impressed with Baggot and Slicker. If they get some first team experience under their belts I think they will be around for the long term. Possible Premiership players. Looking forward to Saturday. More of the same please. |
 | News Comment | McKenna Signs New Deal at 10:13:10
