Everyone talking about the captaincy like Chambers has done a bad job???
He's passionate and communicates well, I agree that TS would make a great captain, he has hardly played this season and therefore would not of been a very good choice for a captain role.
He will be one day,and I'm sure he'll do a great job but in the meantime I think we have a fantastic captain in Chambo and it's about time we get behind this manager instead of waiting for the next person to keep us up on a shoestring budget! |

I actually think MM has done quite well in this transfer window held on to every decent bit of talent signed a promising young winger and very experienced CB and Diagouraga who looked very capable on Saturday :-) I think Sears looks decent in recent games and seems to be getting his mojo back and Pitman is certainly capable up front. I personally believe the second half of our season will be very different to the first :-) |

Can we at least try to sign him please Mick at the end of the season when his loan has ran out and Leicester need money to reinvest to secure their place in the prem next season can Marcus please have a look in his centre console and rustle up a decent bid for this lad, he's no one season wonder and with a more solid defence he could help us push for the premier league. I truly believe if we hold onto our players using the 3-5-2 next season we would be real contenders keep Lawrence and Sears up front because that partnership really works, Dozzell was playing some good chances into Sears that weren't quite 10/10 but by next season I reckon he will be a very capable midfielder :-) |

You keyboard warriors will quickly regret writing a very good manager off due to a dip in form. The club spends no money has very little resource and he is keeping us competitive in this league! Look at Derby, look at QPR, look at the trouble Brighton will be in this season if they don't go up! MM to stay he's a great manager and doing a great job with what he has available to him. We should be emailing Evans to spend in January and give Mick the funds he gave Jewell and Keane, perhaps then we would be real contenders. |

I don't understand why he has to justify this, as usual the witch hunt for him continues despite him being a very good manager every other set of fans can see it except the majority of Ipswich fans with the squad and resource he has he's doing a good job. Bishop & Williams IMO are both very capable of changing a game in different ways so either one is a sensible substitution. |

This all sounds positive to me! Shame about Webster but delighted for Emmanuel and pleased he's only hopefully missing one game. Tip my hat to Kundai apologising is n't always easy it would be great to see more of a lad like him playing. It's a strange time to be an Ipswich fan. results haven't been the best many have been against the manager. But you can't doubt his recruitment we have are spoilt for choice of young creative players , personally I think like Mick or hate him he's not going anywhere anytime soon. The best thing we can do is get behind all the team (and the manager) and hope to build this team into a real threat personally I believe it could become a very dangerous outfit.
If we can support the team players are more likely to want to stick around and play for the club rather than move on good support and chance of Premier League football is all most young Championship players look for. Imagine 1-2 years more experience and having these players

Personally I think I'm one of the very few Ipswich fans seeing a lot of positives in this squad. Would like to see Marcus put ticket prices down to fill the stadium a bit more though

With a stadium capacity of 30k and an average attendance of 17k any businessman with his head screwed on would know that this is counterproductive to the business. Lower ticket prices and fill the stadium! |
