|WBA keep Bolton in the mire|

If we could just win at Villa, other games this weekend look favourable.
4 points is very achievable then to do it.

Just read this, Wow incredibly sad.
What an inspirational Chef at the top level.
|What has Lambert done to inspire confidence with you?|
at 21:27 20 Jan 2019
He talks and acts in a manner which the great Sir Bobby would appreciate. He embraces the history and depth of the club and isn’t afraid to bring it back to the fore.
Not since GB has someone had that connection and therefore rapport with us fans.
We’re not going down because of PL, but because of the previous Two manager’s.
Yes MM is not without blame for all his good, However under PL we won’t just come back up, we’ll return much stronger as a club.

Im pretty much in acceptance now, not necessarily because of our own points and performance levels but the fact that teams around us are digging out results, Reading beating Forest last week, Millwall getting a point at Boro. Even Brentford now moving clear again.
They seem to be doing what we can’t.

Can’t blame them to be fair, Thank the tvvats that decided it was acceptable to smash up their concourse.
Now everyone will be identifiable.

If we are 90 minutes away from staying in the division with a home game against a top Six side, we will be close to sell out I’d say anyway.
Whatever the situation, I’ll be there.

Lots of flaws in there tbh.
Now is the time for ME to back his manager, after all he appointed him to salvage our place in the championship after Hurst.
I’m not convinced Lambert will stay if he feels he’s unlikely to be given sufficient funds here and now, he’d probably get snapped up in the summer and lastly we’d be viewed as a big club by many teams in the championship now and it means jack, after all look where we sit.
In league one we’d be another club with history but nothing else.

Mick dealt with it to an extent but there was only ever going to be a limit and limit was boring but safe in mid table, PL isn’t content to just settle for that and is laying his cards firmly on Evans desk, if he wants a successful club, PL is at least showing him the way forward.
This certainly is make or break for ME and ITFC.

I’m not convinced MM built anything other than a mediocre mid table team with the exception of one season. Don’t get me wrong, some of players that we’re brought here by MM we’re great for usand I had a lot of time for him, I just feel 5 years under a PL style approach towards Evans would produce a lot more than one flirt in the play offs.

The very open and honest communication from PL is so refreshing and his willingness to involve everyone from former players, fans and the fearless approach now with ME is just what our club has needed for a number of years.
This made me realise, for all the positive traits of MM he has left as much of a mess through being potentially a Yes man to Evans.
How many transfer windows was he happy to work with what he had?
How often was it a case of “ We won’t be held to ransom”
PL is showing he’s not taking this lying down and do you know what if he’s backed financially he could Well keep us up.
