Faking head injuries should be treated just as severely as faking blood injuries was in rugby. Somebody could get seriously hurt because a genuine head injury isn't taken seriously because everybody is complacent about them not being genuine
During the game there's not much you can do and the ref has to err on the side of player safety but afterwards bans could be imposed for clear cut cases e.g. Going down clutching head after after being pushed in the chest.
Sadly I've even seen it being copied in kids' games!
Downes for sure. I don't think any of the other options could play the Morsy role when the inevitable injuries/suspensions hit. Great though Jens is, a midfield of Cajuste and Taylor in the games Morsy misses feels way too open for me
I still think there’s a really good keeper in there somewhere but I think it was quite telling g that he wasn’t involved in any of the end of season stuff. Would be surprised if we see him again.
As mentioned by others Citizens Advice should be your first port of call. They know about every aspect of the benefits system and will advise you on everything you may be eligible for that you may not have realized. They can also provide food-bank referrals if needed. They're pro-active and are very good at helping prevent a problem from spiraling in to a crisis.
Source: Needed help in the past, and now work for them. Fantastic organization.
Edit: They can also help with some of those difficult phone-calls which can be a big help when things seem overwhelming.
First time going for me. Really looking forward to Bob Vylan. Everything else is basically a blank slate so hopefully I’ll discover some new favourites!
This one is mostly applicable to the self-employed but i think it can apply to other areas too. "If nobody thinks you're too expensive then you're too cheap."
100% this. Labour (and the Tories) trying to become Reform Lite just validates Reform's position in the eyes of their voters. At some point you've got to grow a spine and tell people they're wrong.
The Spurs game summed it up for me too, but in a different way. We started well, had a bit of pressure, but were playing a system that left Ben Godfrey isolated 1 v 1 with Son every time we lost the ball high up the pitch. Spurs just had to hang in there knowing that at some point that match-up would pay dividends.
