I know Smith has been here a long time / nice lad etc....
at 21:09 22 Jan 2018

Sentiment aside, I have to say - and shoot away by all means - I appear to be in the minority of being quite pleased that he'll never wear the blue shirt again.

He was horrific when bursting on the scene. Dreadful. However, fair play to the lad he improved massively under Mick and became a very capable champ CB.

I just couldn't get past him allowing the ball to bounce and decision making... two examples-

Cardiff away this season - first game back, sure, however he allowed the ball to bounce then they spooned it wide.

- 1.24.

The other abiding memory I have is Brentford away 15/16. 2-0 up, ZERO chance of losing the game, them breaking - WIPE THE MAN OUT for heavens sake. Take the red if you have to, could have been a yellow but DO NOT allow THIS to happen -

I get that he was a MASSIVE aerial threat at the other end, scored some vital goals.

Anyway, good luck in the future and do well in the US of A.
H games - ticket priority / all games....
at 12:28 22 Jan 2018

Seriously don't get why the club, in times of horrific attendances don't just put ALL H tickets on sale at the same time.

Also, many a club ( Man City for example ) at the start of the season put ALL TICKETS on sale - yes, dates / tv games will change a lot for them however seems quite a smart move.

If you were Evans - would you offer Teddy Bishop a new deal?
at 08:31 21 Jan 2018

Feel for this lad, so much talent, still only 21 infact 6 months off becoming 22. Clearly plenty of time left for his career.

Many on here said he looked back to his old self v QPR.

However, he's probably on a decent penny, and can we rely on him? Time to part ways, or try to persuade him / agent a one year deal?
How many of you would admit, right here right now ....
at 21:47 20 Jan 2018

With us sat, 12th in the table.....

That we're probably ( VERY SADLY ) somewhat OVER achieving in this division?

It pains me to say, that we probably are.

We're such a shower top to bottom right now.
Gleeson potentially a better signing than people think
at 13:20 19 Jan 2018

Was a regular under a very decent Brum team with a certain Rowett picking him most of his time there.

Since Rowett's left, Brum have become a shambles.

Just because he hasn't done anything of note this season, at an absolute shambles of a club doesn't mean he won't be a good signing for us.

I think this may be a very decent bit of business.
So a team of - is it good enough?
at 11:39 19 Jan 2018

Lorfa / Chambers / Cameron Carter-Vickers / Knudsen

Connolly / Skuse

Waghorn / McGoldrick / Celina

We expect Gleeson to sign. Will he be bench orrrr is he being signed with a thought to playing with Connolly / Skuse in a change as more of a 4-3-3?

Obviously we have Spence to come in. Bru / Hyam options are present. Dare I even mention Sears as one off the bench.

Otherwise, on the horizon we perhaps have Webster / Ward to come back and give us options.

Sheff Utd thoughts back in December re Mr Cameron Carter
at 11:30 19 Jan 2018

Iorfa mk 2 or he just have a bad game and people out in force...?
Cameron Carter-Vickers - Sheff utd loss / our gain
at 11:25 19 Jan 2018

Know very little about this lad I have to say.

However, on the basis he's played as part of Sheff Utd's very successful first half of the season - and after scrolling the internet - is rated highly at Spuds....... then that's good enough for me.

Wonder why he was recalled - said he expected to be there all season.

Assume he'll go straight in at CB with Webster being out - get Spence back and a back 4 of -

Knudsen / Chambers / Cameron Carter-Vickers / Spence seems not too shabby.

Hopefully he has a bit of pace!?
Meltdown about Gleeson already on the main page
at 20:09 18 Jan 2018

Okay, this signing doesn't exactly get my juices flowing either - however, lets give the lad a go first before deciding we know everything shall we?

Just because he hasn't got into Birmingham's side this season - doesn't really mean much.

Football is a little more than - ' we're higher than Brum, he isn't being used there, therefore he won't do anything for us '

Perhaps -
* We play a different system that suits him
* Mick can get the best out of him
* He's out of the picture at Brum for reasons we're not aware of

Always made me laugh when we signed McAuley from relegated Leicester ( despite them having the 2nd or 3rd best defensive record in the league )

Good luck Mr Gleeson.
Norwich away ticket price got me thinking re Hull...Sheff Weds...
at 17:04 18 Jan 2018

We've an agreement this season re charging away fans £25 if they do the same for us. Now hats off to the club, very good this and probably has pleased several away sets of fans more than yesteryear...

However, for Hull H - they were kind enough to charge us £12. What are we going to do back!?

Sheff Weds A, they usually charge the earth and we were good enough to extend the offer to Owls for £15 for the TV game. They better charge us a sensible figure this time....
Norwich City H ticket prices
at 16:59 18 Jan 2018

Tickets for Norwich’s Sky Bet Championship match against Ipswich Town at Carrow Road will go on sale from Monday morning.

The clash against Ipswich is on Sunday February 18 (12pm), and ticket prices are from:

Adults £38
65+ £28
Under-18s £23
Under-12s £15

OUCH - so we're going to have to stump up £38 too I would assume.
Notts Country v Crewe - £2 if people are bored
at 16:13 18 Jan 2018

What a fantastic gesture by the Notts County chairman for next months game.

I cannot imagine us doing anything like this ever?!
