Sadly after going to port man road for over 40 years we decided not to renew our seats this year for a number of reasons mainly because of the poor entertainment last year. Is there any point in arguing with Mick. He won't change his mind. The defenders and goalie played well on Saturday but they didn't have much to play against. The fact that gerkin had to make three brilliant saves shows the defence was a bit shaky. Unfortunately middlesborough will be a much sterner test. We shall see how good they are then. It won't really matter as they will all be playing in the next game anyway.

I agree our forwards are playing well although do feel sorry for Freddie another one out of position. We will not progress much further if the same defenders are going to be playing every week which they obviously are. Bart is clearly the better goalie most fans can see it, poor old Tommy always has a mistake in him and as for Luke chambers. We could be so much better why can't the manager see it.

Call me shat you like millsey I still shan't be going. You might be happy watching that rubbish but I am not. Having been going since 1974 enough is enough. I still want them to do well and hope they prove me wrong but the last few years have not been entertainment
