To add to everyone else's comment - F&^% Cancer! If you think you can make a match, contact the club - they were fantastic with us when we went through something similar. Keep posting, be as much as look at me as you like. All the best and COYB. |
 | Forum Reply | can i really only buy one ticket for a home game?? at 11:31 19 Sep 2025
Does your son have a membership and do you have it applied to your account in the family and friends bit? If yes to both, then you can select two tickets, you just need to ensure you change the name on one from yours to your son's via he edit option. (Just did it this morning when getting WBA tickets for my daughter and I), |

I took my daughter along. There was a bloke with a drum at the back of the stand making a fair bit of noise and trying to start the songs. Couple of ballboys/girls and balls on cones, with the stewards having to retrieve balls that went into the unused stands. Children's pre-match bit was open, with magnetic darts, X-Box with Fifa, two table football table and one air-hockey. No idea on the announcing but the speaker system was shocking (we were sat far right facing the pitch). Two concession outlets open Plenty of parking (£4.00 for 3 hours, or £5 for all-day - and 20p "booking fee") Would we go again? It was only £15 for the pair of us and was something different for a Sunday afternoon. [Post edited 15 Sep 13:14]

Phil said "only to see the linesman’s flag raised for a tight but probably correct offside" but I wondered if SKY said anything about it? |
 | Forum Thread | Tenuously linked football thread question - mobile phone provider at 16:07 12 Sep 2025
Hello all . My mobile phone contract with O2 is up for renewal and due to their shocking signal when there's anywhere more than 10 people in the area ... I can never get a signal at Portman Road during a match., I'd like a provider that can provide a service at ITFC - what are the rest of you using? I stood next to someone at the Bournemouth match last season who was getting constant updates via id mobile - are they still any good? |
 | Forum Reply | EFL considering changing playoff format from next season at 11:56 11 Sep 2025
Wonder if the PL have considered a relegation play-off? Bottom two teams are relegated and replaced by top two teams of the Championship, then play-offs between teams in 15th to 18th place, with the loser of the final going down and being replaced by the winner of the Championship play-off final I'm not advocating it, but can see it being a money spinner ... Personally I prefer top 3 go up as they were the best performing teams, bottom 3 go down as the worst performing teams, and scrap the play-offs! |
 | Forum Reply | WOW - Sindre Walle Egeli - 19 year old Norwegian striker… at 21:11 16 Aug 2025
Two weeks ago, news broke that FC Nordsjælland was negotiating with Dutch club PSV about a transfer for the Norwegian standout talent Sindre Walle Egeli. However, TV 2 has now learned that this transfer is no longer seen as likely. Instead, the English Championship club Ipswich Town has entered the scene with a substantial offer to secure the Norwegian rising star. TV 2 understands that Ipswich is close to meeting the transfer fee that Nordsjælland wants for Walle Egeli. It is expected that the ambitious Championship club is willing to pay close to 20 million euros (around 240 million Norwegian kroner) to sign the winger. This indicates a significant move away from the earlier Dutch interest toward a high-value deal in England for the young Norwegian talent. The transfer sum involved highlights the strong belief in Walle Egeli’s potential and Ipswich’s efforts to secure his signature. |
