We saw him in the friendly against Fortuna and thought uh oh ! And our concerns unfortunately approved to be right. I even met a Kosovon bartender in Florida ( at the start of the season) who tried to convince me otherwise ( a free night of craft ale was the result) but after the howler against Brentford I am afraid there was no coming back. Good luck Aro, it just makes me sad that rather than helping , last season he only added to the pain ( by and large!) |

A brilliant night at PR. The North Stand was Rocking! I agree the Aussie was the better boxer, by miles but Fabio pulled it out of the bag with that right hand. Super atmosphere. Another example of 3 years ago , in league 1 and look where the club is now ! Well done to Fabio , Mr Ashton and PR ( pity about the beer running out in BR upper !!) |

Amazed by the Everton Centre backs.... For lads that are over 6 and half feet tall they sure seem brittle. I won't miss that next season and I just hope we don't start that throwing to the ground behaviour..... I expect it from Some of our flair players because that is part of the game now but I can't see Burgess or O'Shea doing that.....

No shame in that today. Battled but not much of a contest. Disappointed by Newcastle actually; contested every decision and moaned to the ref like F. Not sure that is the the sort of activity Bobby would approve of..... A real shame to have gone down but it wasn't for lack of effort....

Godfrey was found out again, accepting that Song is class and has been for a long time. I can see why Godfrey was let go by the Eyeties as he can't defend. OShea was better there but the damage was done.
Overall not a bad performance and 4 goals flattered Spurs but they never really looked in trouble. Clarke and Philogene have lots of potential in the f inal third but in the other two tthirds they don't seem to help either full back.
Other than that, the effort is there, we are still fighting and we are in better shape than Leicester and Southampton.... Uppa Town! |
