Well it's about protecting children and people in general from harmful and illegal content. Stopping firearm sales and organising terrorism are extremes we don't have to deal with but it's all about reporting content and getting it removed and any additional action required..
I need to make it easier to report Direct Messages, and have a new page on Online Safety, amongst other things.

I need to speak to someone about this but my OPINION is that children using this site can only be targeted if their ages become known. I'm going to add to the T&Cs that this is an adult only website and we'll remove those that become known as underage. Kids that are mature and debate well and hide their age I think are OK but I need that clarified.
Doing the risk assessment, there is a difference between sites that are children centric and those that have a small percentage of child users.
Knowing your age seems pointless as you can lie. |

Yes I've seen sites close down and it's totally OTT. The OSA does affect us and I will be making some changes but largely we do what is required already. |

We still spent around £130m which is an incredible amount really. Our transfer policy was concentrated around the young and home grown so that amount spread around other age ranges and internationals and maybe the money would have gone further.
I'm not sure exactly how PSR works but maybe it should be updated each year with averages of transfer fees and wages into the mix too. |

I wouldn't want to stay up this season off the back of Man City deducted points, however I don't think another season in the EPL would be a repeat of this as we'd have another 2 windows to raise the standard of our squad. It would stop Delap going for £30m too and more likely he'd stay.
However I think a points deduction next season would work in our favour as assuming we get promoted next season (I know, I know) I wouldn't want to be going for promotion at the same time as them.
Yeah I think a deduction next season is the most likely, and maybe a transfer embargo too and a fine. |

I think our failure this season is largely down to recruitment which I think is mainly down to the criteria set by Gamechanger. Totally understand why it was done this way but we needed more experience. |
