Let's be honest, this is pure scaremongering.

Remember, Whitty and Valance are the sort of people who would tell you not to drink, not to smoke and not to eat unhealthy food.

Through my 20 odd years of going to PR he will always be the voice of Ipswich Town matchdays. He always brought the right balance of humour, positivity and clear communication. He also involved visiting fans at times too.

Favourite memory was when we came from 0-2 behind at home to Sheffield Utd in 2003/04 (?) proclaiming at the final whistle 'it might be my wife's lucky night!'.
