He’s a very good player and is adored by them ( up until now). He should be given full support regardless as to how he starts as he’s forcing the move from the sounds of it and although we are far better than them at the moment getting one of your rivals best players when you’re on the up and they’re on the decline after 20 odd years of it being the other way around is a custard pie to the face if nothing else. |

I just think when you compare broady, Chaplin and burns in the last championship season compared to the 3 that start today it’s like night and day but obviously early days.
More a compliment to the original 3 than a criticism of the current ones. |

I’m not sure Matic played that much of a blinder. Onana basically dug his own grave with his comments pre match and Matic just answered a question the media posed to him.
Onana would have had the fans on his back regardless due to the comments that no professional player ever makes before a match even when, as an example, a prem team plays a league 2 team.
And the match proved exactly why. |

I think he lost people by saying we should have played our championship team. Lots of them have been injured this season despite not playing much. Also if you think we’ve found it difficult this season with the signings, I dread to think how it would have gone playing with last seasons team.
The 3 or 4 players that have done well this season have all been new signings and maybe Hutchinson added onto that list. |

Why wouldn’t anybody be able to talk to you about odds? Maybe I’ve missed something but when have you beaten the odds more than you’ve lost to the odds? Let alone being above anybody even talking to you about odds?
I respect your optimism and hope you’re right, but don’t talk like that guy in the bookies that shouts from the rooftop about his wins and doesn’t mention his losses. Which is what you do. |

But what you’re saying without the blue tinted glasses on is we’ve not actually even won 1 of the 5 winnable games. It’s all about perspective but you’re looking at it from a very one sided point of view( although what you’ve said is factual). But it’s also factual to say in the 5 winnable games you talk of we’ve not won any of them. |
