Those checks are carried out. Happened to me, people I know and also seen screen shots of the email others have got on X. Not sure if they were trying their hardest to catch me out so didn’t follow their own policy or just incompetent and don’t know it but it turned into a saga… Ordered my ticket. Then days later ordered a second ticket separately (for someone else in a lower points bracket). After a while I got an email saying I’d been selected for a random ID check so would need to collect mine. In the template email it specifically states that only the lead booker for that particular order has to collect etc, so just my ticket / order. However, second ticket on the separate order didn’t turn up either. So the other person calls the ticket office and queries it. Too much of a coincidence for it to get lost in the post but they state that it’s definitely been posted on x date. Time passes and it still doesn’t turn up so they had to call back and arrange for a duplicate to be printed. By then it meant that both orders had to be collected from the away ground. Got there and the original ticket was in the same envelope as mine (despite being ordered separately on a different day and them claiming that it’d been sent). Someone in the ticket office had to physically put the two orders together. So they either didn’t know their own policy terms or it was deliberate. The way the checks are meant to be done, as long as the lead booker is correct then it doesn’t matter who the rest of the tickets are given away to. Either way, didn’t let us know or refund the postage on either order. The duplicate was also there in a separate envelope. We obviously got both in the end but it was hassle. Got there early and no-one in sight. Then the tickets weren’t in alphabetical order so the bloke was going through all of them to find the right ones….in a high vis vest in the middle of the Town fans, encircled by people collecting, not out of the way with a proper queue as you might expect. |

Alot of the premium priced brands aren't actually good quality products. My 10-year-old GSD has been on this German stuff for years, after it was recommended by a colleague (who'd been advised to use it for her own GSD by a qualified animal behaviourist they were using at the time). It's sometimes advised to avoid a very high protein content if there are any issues with anxiety/energy/being reactive/aggressive. Not relevant to you but it was meant to be a good food in general anyway. It's relatively cheap because they don't bother spending money on marketing, hence why it doesn't look pretty enough to sell here. Mine's large for a GSD (weighs about 42kg and still lean despite his age). A 15kg bag (£39) lasts a month (250g x 2 a day). Vets always say his teeth are good (never cleaned them and only started giving him a denta stick as a treat every evening relatively recently). Zooplus is a good site too. Delivery has always been quick, even when I've ticked the eco box when not urgent (I stay a 15kg bag ahead in case of world issues as can't buy it here last time I checked) . I bought the yearly discount code they offer to knock a few quid off each time and you get points for purchases too (doesn't help with away games but useful when he needs big new Kong squeaker balls!) https://www.zooplus.co.uk/shop/dogs/dry_dog_food/markus_muehle/14524?variantId=1 |
