Tickets for members having to be bought as an Adult

No it’s an adult member holder. But they aren’t able to make it I due to work so wanting to take my nephew.

I done the same for Fulham came and could change it but not this time. I will give the ticket office a call

Bought tickets today for Villa game and couldn’t change one of them to u23.
Said that the member holder is older than this age.

The ticket is for my nephew is there anyway to change it and receive a refund for the difference as this didn’t happen for the Fulham game I could get any age ticket.
