Skuse: Hugely Disappointing, We Can Only Apologise
at 21:03:41

The only time we looked good last season, was any game KVY was involved in.
As soon as he was lost, apart from the Wolf and Downes, we looked to only be heading one way. And it was happening fast, with not so much as a wimper. Anymore quality just wasn’t there, and zero on field leadership. With both captain and vice looking out there depth, even in L1.
We got lucky in the end with 10/11th finish in the end it seems.

I’ve missed your way out predictions the 🐬.
You will still say the same things if ITFC were in the National League south.
You applaud failure as much as the owner.

I think in the main Lambos gone with the best he has...which is very minimal.
I said many times last season, out the full 1st team squad half are good enough, half not good enough.
That’s just to compete with L1,s better teams.
Not a lot for any manager to play with.

Stavanger that just about sums ITFC up 2020.
And Lambo will just take all jibes aimed at him, until sacked or leaves.
Evans gives great approval for failure it seems. He must have the very best leaders in his other business interests, judging by huge profits every year. They must be given the very best tools to be so successful.
But runs ITFC on the cheap, and even does that badly.

So that’s 13 teams who want the season finished because of cost of behind closed doors.
Obviously the consultation a week after next, to plan for next season, won’t include those 13, as any talk of next season behind closed doors isn’t an option.

That’s all very true Arniem.
And to think Lambos had 500k for KVY in 18 months. And had to get on his knees for that.
Of course Lambo takes all the flack for the team not competing.
Lambo inherited a poor squad, he still has a poor squad.

Dissboy you seem to be missing all points....the season won’t be finished on the pitch.
To avoid unfairness and no doubt legal action from some clubs. The season has to end another way.
We would all like it to be finished on the pitch. But that’s not what’s going to happen.
My suggestion isn’t perfect or ideal, but the only clubs it would really upset, Coventry and Rotherham. Spent most of the season outside the top 6, and was top 2 briefly. And still had 10 games to play.

Lol. Been expecting something from Skuse or Chambo.
So to recap....Feb 2019, both saying how embarrassing and unforgivable it would be to drop out the Championship.
June 2020, Skuse apology for our lowest ever league status. Chambo silent, as he was with embarrassing relegation to the 3rd tier.
Contracts signed, let’s see how much further down they can lead us.

Was hoping to hear back from captain Chambo this week, but looks like, next week now he can sum up our 1st season in L1. Resulting in our worst overall showing ever. After the embarrassment and unforgivable showing from previous season.
This week Skuse has popped up in the EADT, with regard to our collapse this season.
Of which he has been rewarded with a new contract. Keeping in line with how we continue to reward failure.

L1 currently 1 team short Dissboy. So it evens L1 out.
L2 have agreed to end there season. They have agreed that top 3 go up.
L1 can’t decide what to do. There’s issues from Tranmere regarding relegation.
The top current 2 in L1 may not have been top 2 if remaining games would have been played. To void L1 would be the better outcome all round.

The simplest way to resolve the EFL meltdown.
L2 no relegation. Top 3 promoted.
L1 The season void. No promotion or relegation.
Championship no relegation. Promotion to Premier league. And relegation to the Championship.

The calm before the storm is coming in L1. No wonder it’s delay after delay.
Next week the clubs can finally decide how they refund season ticket and match day tickets purchased. Agreeing refunds to season and match day sponsors. Etc. And bringing back off field staff from furlough to deal with it all.
What with paying playing staff in full over the past 3 months, maybe the fairest way to have voted how to end the season would have been a vote between clubs that will still be in business come August.

O'Neill: Town Ready to Return If EFL Gives Go-Ahead
at 15:34:03

Smiler. Not sure what news source you use?? Or do you prefer to promote fear...
Daily death rates from Covid are at a 10 week low. By the end of this month, more people will die on a daily basis by tripping over there shoe lace.
The number 1 killer in this country once again is cancer, closely followed by heart issues.
On that basis maybe best if football restarts as a walking sport, and only played in cloudy conditions.

As soon as furlough starts to wind down. Administration in L1 will be rife.
Players, Directors, Management and coaching staff, slowly killing clubs whilst continuing to demand full pay. Wycombe have asked all off field staff to look for jobs elsewhere....

Yes Smiler. They call it the weekend lag in reporting. Life needs to return to normal at some time.
We’re actually at a stage now where daily excess deaths are lower than average, against previous years. The country now needs to reopen, whilst something is there to reopen.
Stay safe.
