Give McG a rest even if he is fit, he needs to know that he isn't a guaranteed starter. I know McCarthy said bishop can play anywhere and whilst that's try he's not very effective unless he is playing down the middle. |

You could argue that Ambrose shouldn't even be on the bench today as he's just signed but he has been training with us for a few weeks, and personally I'd start him over tabb, but I think MM would only do that if parr started ahead of Mings as he wouldn't give Mings the protection he needs.
I'd like to see mick play this today( I'd also like to see henshall start, but I can't see that happening right now with mick)

It makes you wonder if Taylor thinks he's too big for the club without ever doing much here partly because of his injury, he always seems committed and works hard in games,at colchester I thought he passed it a lot, played as a team player and was very unselfish which is what most assume is mm reason for not liking him! I have no problem with him getting rid of taylor. But when we are lacking creativity and have jay tabb competing for a spot on the left wing, I feel it is unnessacary if it is indeed personal. I know Taylor can't play on the left wing but he can play on the right and Anderson or henshall could play on the left. I defend McCarthy with the majority of his decisions but I think he is wrong on this one, with the lack of quality competition available for our budget. |

That would be my team but I would expect mick to play nouble over Taylor.
I think it's only fair that gerken, chambers and Mings all have to start and bialowski Hewitt and parr will have to fight for their place, unless we changed formation. |
