Sir Alf was the loudest I’ve heard it in a long time today. Louder than the north stand in places. Defo helped with the packed out away end bringing some atmosphere.
If only we could get consistent chants from all 4 sides of the stadium would make PR even better. |

Was having a chat with a mate about choosing a team and betting for them to win 3-1 every week until end of the season, and if it could be profitable (if got an early win/a few 3-1s throughout season)
Had a look at West Brom as got favourable fixtures coming up.
Last had a 3-1 win in the cup against Accrington in August 2017 and in the league was March 2017 against Arsenal.
By probability, surely there due to have one soon. Especially if they are to come top 2 in the champ this season. 28/1 against Fulham next game is defo tempting
Was wondering if anyone had any success trying this ? |

How long is he allowed to be absymal at right back for ? Last 3 games he’s been shocking. Blokes got 0 agility and gives the ball away constantly. Ward also very poor. Both look leggy.
Maybe put Chambers at centre back when Vincent Young is fit for some leadership but he can’t play fullback.
when is KVY is expected back? Need him urgent. |

Our fan base moan a lot . We’re two points off top. Granted we shouldn’t be in this piss league and haven’t played great football but we have had a loads of injuries and attempted to play good football along the ground even if it is lacking end product. we do have to do start beating big teams and if we start to do that here and get a few of our key players back then we could quite easily get promoted cos this league is poor.
Not sure the lambert out abuse is warranted. We did it with Mick and look where that got us. When we finished 15th in the championship. We would love to be there now. Whatever we have we just arnt happy with. Evans has said he is gonna back lambert so why not leave the negativity until end of the season atleast and if we don’t go up then he has to go. It can’t help the players cos they obviously read it due to the celebrations this season. |

I actually think chambers is a good leader and a still a decent cb in league 1
but if we don’t get promoted with him as a captain (and starting Cb I’m guessing) again this season surely he has to go ?
Especially if he’s out of contract which I think he is |

If we end up getting Rotherham in either semi final or final of playoffs will be a massive mental barrier to us after getting beat twice. We can’t handle their style of football, Jackson said it in his interview.

Granted the team didn’t play well today and haven’t in recent weeks however was so quiet inside PR today for practically the whole match.
Even last year when bottom of the champ, there were constant chants throughout the game (allez allez allez and They came from Rotterdam... being the one the ones that springs to mind.
think as much as we get good attendances not sure the actual noise level reflects it. |

The atmosphere today was urnreal! If we could have that every game it would make this club special again and I honestly belive we would win more games if we all had the voice we had today.
If you’re a non season ticket holder has today made you wanna get one?
Also attendance ‘25,600’ no way was there 5000 empty seats, I know some seragation but our so called 30’000 capacity is wrong. |

And realise we are lacking SO much creativity and goals in this team it’s a joke.
I knkw it’s not gonna click instantly but even so there’s gotta be glimpses of attacking quality and there was nothing at Derby.
Our attack is so poor and our defence is better but not reliable enough to keep clean sheets every game - always looks like we’ll concede atleast 1.
I trust PH but it’s been a poor start (other than villa and even that was just defending).
Also arnt we meant to be really fit? didn’t look like it at derby. |

If ANYONE thinks we have enough goals in that team they are entirely incorrect.
3 attacking options -
Sears –(Two championship goals last year) we all know he’s probably not good enough
Jackson – 16 goals in league 2 - which isn’t even that much, if it was something like 25 goals then understandable but 16 in LG 2 can surely only correspond to 8 max in champ?
Harrison- hasn’t set the world alight and would say simailr to Jackson - realsictally not gonna get more than 10.
Yes Nolan and Edwards will chip in with hopefully 5 each but the lack of proven goalscocers is frighting.
Losing Mcgoldrick Garner and Waghorn Celina and replacing with 2 league 1 players and 2 league 2 isn’t good enough.
Lack of goals is worrying. We NEED a big loan in. Eg. Tammy Abraham |
