I don't know if this has any truth in it, but it says:-
Marcel Ruiz has been linked with a move to Ipswich Town in England, who are set to compete in the Championship next season. Antonio Mohamed, the coach of Toluca, suggested that this might not be the best option for Ruiz and advised him to consider his options carefully. Mohamed stressed that Ruiz should avoid moving to just any team for the sake of relocating to Europe. He indicated that a move to a club that genuinely values him, rather than to a smaller team in Russia or Belgium, would be a better option, particularly with the 2026 World Cup approaching. Mohamed expressed a preference for Ruiz to remain with Toluca unless a more competitive opportunity in a top European league, such as with clubs in Italy or Spain's top division, becomes available. |

Twitter translation is:-
Marcel Ruiz's entourage tells me that the player has NOT rejected any offer. That so far, Toluca has not received anything formal. That there are indeed approaches from them and other clubs, and that if the offer is the right one for both the player and the club, he is completely open. |

I read that Ruiz wasn't interested in coming here, but don't know how true that was. If Morsy goes, I would imagine we will need 3 more midfielders including Matusiwa, so another 2 I would have thought. |
