Carrick and Rosenoir I find underwhelming, How many managers get offered Premier League jobs after bang average seasons in the championship? I think the only Championship manager worthy of consideration is Cifuentes who took a shambolic QPR side and made them very decent in a few months.
Rob Edwards managed only 26 points with Luton, not something that would make me confident that he'd be able to do better with the current Town squad and additions Mark Ashton can make. We'd need a lot of clubs having points deductions for that total to keep us up.
Moyes is old school and would probably do better than most of the aforementioned candidates but is not the young coach profile we're likely to be looking for.
Hopefully this is all academic and KM leads us into the new season.
According to this article from the Guardian the Tories and Labour have already rejected the idea. The expert they quote says the EU made the offer because it is afraid of Britain doing bilateral deals with countries like the Netherlands.
The low paid may pay a lower percentage in direct taxes than High/Middle earners but pay a much larger percentage of their income in indirect taxes such as VAT, Fuel Duty, green levies on energy, Council Tax than those on higher incomes. Everyone does contribute.
Of the German cities I've been to Hamburg would probably be my least favourite, it's OK but way behind Berlin and Munich. In North West Germany I'd say Hanover and as mentioned Cologne are nicer.
Normally you can't go far wrong with Paris but there is reportedly a bed bug infestation crisis at the moment. Not sure how widespread it really is but it would put me off going for a year or two.
