Nice idea, but its flawed unfortunately. The season ticket number is around 13000, and where we get around 17000 per game on average, 4000 people are paying full price for their tickets. But in this scenario these people wouldn't pay full price for their tickets, they'd just do the offer. In your idea, the club would be missing out on 4000 x say £30 for a ticket... £120000. |

They've cancelled meeting the players thing presumably because they don't want the players comments before the managers had his press conference? |

There are lots of people saying this formation won't work because of such and such reason, but have you ever thought that every formation has it's weaknesses? |

Pmason your negativity doesn't help anyone, and no one wants to hear it. I thought this was a very good blog! True what you say about playing Andrews as a defensive mid dropping to 3rd centre half, and I'm sure a fit Bullard could replicate his attacking up front! Also noticed cresswell having words with Bowyer on monday, presumably asking him to come out wide to help him defend. I'm sure if bowyer and Andrews remember to help out cresswell and Edwards on the wing we should be ok against middlesborough and west ham. On the plus side, this is starting to look like a team that can full it's potential! |

 | News Comment | Town Linked With Move for Arsenal Striker at 00:54:36
Absolutely fantastic signing if it happens, even for more than 1 mil! Saw him a few times for Cardiff last season, was a real powerhouse about the pitch. Not seen him in the striker role, but he'd be the perfect compliment to chopra up front! And with the added benefits of being a winger... Sign him up PJ!!! COYB!!! |
 | News Comment | Ellington Continues to Be Linked With Town at 13:49:38
Just been reading up on him - and he seems like a decent striker... Had a poor last 4 years but firmly believe that Jewell can get the best out of him! And on a free, his wages can't be that much, surely a better choice than Scotland and Priskin! |
 | News Comment | Cardiff Accept Town Offer for Chopra at 08:29:31
Come on lets get him in! Slightly worried about the 'Cardiff's highest earner' part... I'm thinking Clegg won't offer him what he wants and there goes our big chance! |
 | News Comment | Keane: Poor Decision-Making Let Us Down at 19:07:37
Keane hasn't got a clue! When we were 2-1 down he took of a striker and brought on a defensive midfielder... Then brought off zuiverloon, who was probably the best player on the pitch at the time, running down the right and getting crosses in for fallon.. a striker yes but what it is goalscoring record again? Plus he looked awful when he was on. Then switching edwards to right back when we need to be attacking.. why not just leave zuiverloon on and take edwards off?! Then to add salt to the wounds when we're 4-1 down he takes off Priskin (working his socks off) for a centre back?! Why didn't he do that when he subbed scotland?! I'm a massive town fan and always have been, but Keane's time is simply up. We're far worse than we were with Jim Magilton in charge in his reign, and half of the players he'd got in have been useless, does Conor Hourihane even exist? And look at Pablo scoring a brilliant goal for palace yesterday, one of Magilton's signings and he's doing brilliantly under a different reign. And is it just me or is anyone else thinking the loan signing of Zuiverloon will have anything to do with Keane fielding a weaker side against West Brom on wednesday? |
