I accept that, I think it's a fair point. However, there are people from all backgrounds and walks of life who would love such an opportunity and I don't think it's fair to target or prioritise specific demographics over others.

Pointing out the discrimination in the job advert does not make me a racist, quite the opposite I'd say.

Read the job advert for yourself. It is aimed at "Male coaches from Black, Asian and Mixed Heritage backgrounds, and female coaches from all backgrounds".

My point is that if the club really wants to promote inclusivity it should have stated that it offers equal opportunities regardless of race, religion, sex or sexuality.

Whilst the players take the knee in support of anti-rasism, the club promotes jobs for non-white men. Does anyone else see the hypocrisy in this woke DEI nonsense!?
