I don't think its anything to do with motivation, they've had enough chances to get pumped up for this. I think they genuinely have not got the ability to raise there game upwards when its needed. Lets be honest most of these would not cut it at League 2 level.

I fell sorry for Cook, he's working with overpaid inferior standard players, that think they are on easy street..
