Re the Morecambe FA Cup game, I'm pretty much 100% sure Scowcroft played in that one, but I could be wrong. One thing I do remember from that game is (apart from the Morecambe fans singing "Premier League? You're having a laugh!" - fair point on our form at that time) some Morecambe fans near me giving Wilnis constant abuse about him being 'gay'(?)!

Is this the same Shaun Derry who Joe Royle said was 'living in a fantasy land' when he made his wage demands clear?
He came across as a bit of a a-hole in the Wednesday v Palace game on the last day of the season, sniping at players and arguing with the ref.
I'm not moaning, as on the field I think he'll be an asset, but I'm not keen on the fella as a person.

I'm not sure what kind of a contribution 42 year old former Derby, West Ham and Leicester striker Paul Kitson would make to the team this season. Maybe he could make the tea?

Dave Kitson however would be a good shout. Though apparently he's the very definition of a mardy-bum and could have a detrimental affect on morale
