Into my 5th week and have so far lost 24 3/4lbs....... (11kg)
Probably too much too quickly but have really focused on what I am eating by logging it all on MFP. I also haven't had any alcohol in 4 1/2 weeks, which is an achievement in itself.
Only side effect I've had from the Wegovy is chronic tiredness an hour or so after I take it so I now take it in the evening. |
